With more than 100 pilot testers signed up, comprised of various age groups with a mixture of working adults as well as university students, we managed to conduct pilot testing over a period of one month i.e. January 2019. Throughout this period, we managed to collect approximately 600 various complaints as well as other numerous statistics for our data insights. The Whizzl app is now temporarily closed for further enhancement after consolidating feedback from our pilot testers.

During the pilot testing, university students are required to complete pre-selected tasks. It is used to measure the effectiveness and easiness of each complaint type as well as location accuracy and convenience. Each complaint category requires 3 different postings to complete a minor mission.

At the end of pilot testing, a smaller sample group survey is conducted. 48% of pilot testers concluded that they will remain using the app after the pilot testing period.
